Luffy 1010's CoC was literally said to be crude and clumsy.

Who do you want to believe that the legendary Gaban, third of Roger's pirates, compared to Roger and Ray, a living legend feared even by CDs, who fought for decades against anyone and at any level, Rocks, BB, Garp, Marines and so on, had a crude and clumsy haki?

It's a simple fact that there's levels to ACoC.

I said long ago that if Gaban has ACoC he's undeniably a top-tier.

However, where he ranks within that top-tier is dependent on feats. My point is that simply having FS + ACoC is not enough to for us to be able to accurately place him. We need feats from him, as a character exists who has those exact same abilities and more (even had internal destruction CoA) and still wasn't even top-tier.

Yamato's ACoC wasn't stated to be crude nor clumsy, but it's still not even enough to place her in the top-tier. Whereas sky-splitter Luffy was top-tier even without G4 because his ACoC became that strong.

I still think Gaban blocking the regen is not because of aCOC that he is using to strengthen his attack because of the lack of lightning when Sommers got his arm cut

The only way to know if it’s CoC is the zzt onomatopoeia, confirmed. Honestly Oda did a big mistake to use black lightning for both CoA and CoC, It’s really confusing

On a serious note now that people finally accepted that Gaban and eos Sanji are top tiers its time to accept that Akainu, Shanks, Mihawk, Kuzan have already surpassed Garp and Roger.

It depends on what you think the Big Three Shōnen. If by that, you mean Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and One Piece, I'd say all three of them have their pros and cons: Ki, Chakra, and Devil Fruits/Haki are all complex in their own way, but there are times where the way they work don't really make intuitive sense.

Now if Gaban has ACoC then what did he see Luffy and Zoro do to give up
And if even slightly out of prime Gaban could not stop Loki then how strong Loki is and how much stronger Shanks is.
I mean here we have old Gaban with FS and ACoC and ACoA (the Ryou version, idk about ID) so this guy is maxed out in terms of haki powerups. What makes Shanks even stronger than Gaban? Is it only the difference in haki strength? And does this mean that Loki also has ACoC?

I think Shanks and Roger might be stronger in multiple ways:
1. Their FS vision is more than twice as long (10s)
2. There are prolly approximately 4-5 sub tiers of CoC strength around the top tier lvl: WCI Luffy < Ryou Luffy < Skysplitting (solid top tier) < drunk Kaido =< PK tier
And they are at PK, whereas Gaban is prolly at skysplit
3. WIFI haki as an established tech: they might have blasted away the thorns on the ground with a CoC blast on the basis of will suppression or some
4. They are "hybrid" fighters:
- raw blade with haki = high lethality
- advCoC blast channeled through blade = max AP/impact power + internal damage and not just recoil (contrary to otherwise normal barrier haki)
5. Gryphon shenanigans

Ray likely has a more efficient/better fighting style with more refined techs similar to traditional swordsman, basially Killer compared to Zoro, prolly stronger CoC and some sword shenanigans that played into the dark king epithet

There's a difference with Zoro.. KoH generates a stable flow of Black Lightning and Green smoke, it's not normal.. Gaban's Black Lightning is generated momentarily for the attack and disappears, it's not a mode..

Nobody used aCoC on Egghead.
I dont know why and what Oda is after.
If regen's weakness is aCoC, it's understandable to preserve its hype but I am not convinced that he was protecting regen in that case but aCoC instead.
I will wait and see but it could be a thing considering >haki conquers everything.

And to be honest I already said somewhere Gaban doesn't have DF , Can't conjure flame and uses Axe.
Haki is the only logia vertical Upgrade he can get.

That's my point, people were saying ACoC + FS must mean he's Yonko level etc... we need to await some feats from Gaban because the toolset alone doesn't tell us enough.

ACoC is a power of a handful of the very strongest (literal top tiers), FS is pretty good too. The guy is not a novice learning ACoC, he has sailed with the strongest, he has perfected his fighting style (idk why he using only 1 axe though here, I thought he was a two axe wielder). Gaban is legit top tier guy, even him getting shot by Gunko is PIS since he could block the damage with haki (Iron Garp type shit) but he didnt, he had to sacrifice himself cause as long he is there, he is a threat which endangers the hostages.
