But for now if we are going by that then Mihawk, Sakazuki, Kuzan, Kizaru, Fujitora, EOS Law can't beat saturn but Big Mom yes which is hard to believe.

Mihawk have def CoC so he might have the power to beat one, I think some common sense should apply to some characters.

Then again we haven't seen Gorosei in full combat assuming they have awakening too and how those abyss powers work, it depends when Oda wants them to fall at what point

Do not forget the former FA Sengoku also had CoC, it's just likely Akainu has it too.

The Gorosei remain a largely mysterious group in origin and ties to the Twenty Kingdoms that warred against Joyboy and the Anicent Kingdom. If Imu is indeed the King of Kings, then perhaps the Gorosei all possessed Haki before they came to serve him, who knows?

The only reason I am okay with Sengoku having it is because of his DF. I would prefer him to not have it.

Conquerors do tend to be eccentric types, likely precisely because they live life entirely on their own terms, and Sengoku has shown a bit of that since stepping down. I don't know about Akainu, I don't think CoC really fits him outside of any context beside ambition, but that ambition is imo tied to an ideology that enslaves all, including those who follow it most passionately, like Akainu.
