The fact that Obito, who had just 1 Mangekyo Sharingan, was portrayed as stronger than Nagato, an Uzumaki with the Rinnegan, never made sense to me. The Rinnegan is supposed to be an evolution of the Sharingan, so why is someone with just 1 MS stronger than someone with 2 Rinnegan? Kamui was just too busted

He wasn't, I dont think it makes sense that Obito would trust Nagato with running the organization and capturing the nine tails(which Obito failed to do) to someone weaker then him. MS Obito is probably a little stronger then Itachi, with Pain being somewhat stronger then both, and Jiraiya above all three
