Sure cause pre timeskip had more mini arcs where he didnt get fights. If we count main arcs and main fights.

Arlong Park: 1v1 against Kuroobi
Fishman Island: No 1v1

Alabasta: 1v1 against Mr 2
Dressrosa: No 1v1

Skypeia: No 1v1
Whole Cake: No 1v1

Ennies Lobby: 1v1 against Jabra
Wano: 1v1 against Queen

Thirller Bark: 1v1 against Absalom
Egghead: No 1v1

Sabaoundy: 1v1 against Duval
Elbaf: No 1v1

In the time pre timeskip Sanji got 5 fights, post timeskip Sanji has only 1. But again stay delusional.

Post timeskips only had 3 big arcs and Sanji left half way through one of them. WCI where he fought Yonji, Wano where he fought Queen, and Dressrosa where he left half way through after taking down Doffys entire intelligence network.

Sanji will get a fight in Elbaf, then a fight in the BBP arc, then a fight in the Mariejoa war. Beyond that probably not.
