Yes, those Magic Circles/Abyss are just wormholes or what people call einstein-rosen birdge,
And when you have such Technology, it allows you to do almost anything really,

Their regeneration could also be just teleportation in disguise, as they keep switching bodies/body parts (It's like imagine if Kuma's Head was removed & instantly replaced by a copy head from another Pacifista, it's totally doable when Cloning & Instant Teleportation exist, just like we've seen Vega's Satellites have a factory to switch Parts),
