He’ll be back in the final war. He’s a D who’s goal is to find out the meaning of the term
Doesn't mean he needs CoC.

Every HK and Gorosei has been shown with tremendous haki, so if Law can’t cut a Yonko how would he be able to cut a HK and/or Gorosei?

Ya just expect oda to draw law doing the surgery and that’s it? He’ll obviously fight
He probably can't use Amputate on the Gorosei because of their powerful haki, but I doubt he can't use it against the HKs (except maybe Shamrock). They're the ones I was thinking of, since I very much doubt he'll take on a Gorosei. They were never shown to have tremendous haki, so far.

Funposting aside i agree with @Kurozumi Wiwi
Im not a fan if from now on to damage everyone in the wg above gucci you need ssj2 adcoc. Like snaji getting it doesnt change my opinion that as that was on the cards always anyways only people high on their own brain juices thought he would get RS upgrade or some stuff like that.
Like that means alot of people will per default not fight against wg top tiers (which appreantly includs "WARLORD LEVEL" jimbo downards) or coc gonna be retconned

What about the Admirals also not having that level of Haki
The difference is that Kaido and BM went all out and fell. We know their Haki limit and that new stages exist both failed to get. The Admirals are all still in the game and will go down in like 2-3 arcs. At that point per classic shounen rules that level of Haki will be mandatory especially for Admirals who will be taken down by guys like Luffy, Zoro and Sanji who are all wielding that Haki. The Admirals need to dominate the fight at first which means they need to overpower their Haki.

Gaban literally said he felt their haki and went to investigate. Clearly they’re amped up haki users thanks to Imu.

Law is more likely to fight a Gorosei than a Hk imo. 9 HKs indicates that they’ll be a large group like the revs or something fighting them

Oda added it all in the very next chapter tho. The lightning streaks and the zap too. So idk what the fuck he was on about. Was he just too fucking lazy to be bothered to add them one chapter prior?

Or was he intentionally stirring agenda?
Honestly? I always been believing that in his mind these are just cool effects instead of something mandatory. Even before COC coating Oda was something drawing thick black lines when he wanted go make a hit looks stronger. Following chapter had more pages dedicated to Gaban styling on Sommers so he could draw the cool effects
