I said this before and I'll repeat it again:
Sanji not getting Conquerors is a real possibility.
BUT
Sanji will 100% be one of the people capable of hurting Holy Knights/Gorosei/Imu.
I still think Conqueror's is a given for him. However, his passion (the source of his flames) and the Power of Love are a likely combo that can bypass these demonic powers.
And Sanji having that unique option of damaging them only sets him apart more.

@The DevilMaster there are levels to this game, Kaido matched Luffy’s rookie AdCoC, meanwhile Kizaru and Kuzan matched the AdAdCoC of Rayleigh and Garp, Kaido is an unironic high tier compared to a fruitless Admiral
