Current Events Sanji vs King or Zoro vs King? Pros and cons.

Apoo’s attacks travel at the speed of sound. If you hear him, you cannot avoid his attacks unless you are moving at supersonic speeds. Pica, on the other hand, is not a stone man, he is stone assimilation man. He does not become one with the stone, he assimilates stone around his body. His physical, alive body is still somewhere inside the stone.

But zoro facing a swordsman who has fire and could fly and sanji facing a guy with a mechanical arm, plague and is a tank are the best match ups they could have to become stronger.
One thing is sure and will never change zoro will always face a stronger opponent than sanji, so if sanji faces king so who zoro will take ? Big Mom or Kaido ? you want us to wank zoro to be yonkou lvl at end of wano or what ? that's kind but you guys are still not ready for that

At the end before facing zoro, pica came from the stone, there wasn't a hole in the stone, pica literrally came from the stone itself. He was like merged to the stone.
And also how Pica grew his eyes big enough to cover the gap of the golem eyes ? Because he could make himself one with the stone, that was pretty obvious actually ...

The whole premise of Sanji vs King is that people didn't want the chance of an aerial battle to be missed
But now Marco's in Wano and has multiple parallels with King, such as their similarities in DF, both kicking BM's ship off the waterfall and their positions among their respective crews. Not to mention, is easily a much more capable fighter than Sanji and would fare much better in the air
So the debate really should be Zoro vs King (battle between swordsmen) or Marco vs King (aerial battle)

smh. I don't think y'all understand how strong YC1s are. Katakuri fodderized Ichiji and was able to take on Capone and Jinbe at the same time.
He was literally low diffing Luffy in their first fight. The only reason why Luffy beat katakuri was because katakuri wanted to lose the fight. He was sick and tired of being the perfect brother and hiding his true self from his family, so he wanted Luffy to defeat him because in defeating him, Luffy would also defeat the lie that katakuri was living.
Its literally the reason why katakuri stomped Luffy, even after Luffy awakened future sight, and then instead of going for the kill, chose instead to cheer on luffy and allowed him to go snakeman, when he had shown before that he was perfectly capable of preventing luffy from using Gear 4th.
While katakuri was trying to kill Luffy in round 1 of the fight, in round 2, things changed. Because Luffy chose to come back and face kata when he had absolutely no reason to do so, Luffy inspired something in katakuri. Think back to what Mihawk said about Luffy in marineford.
Katakuri lived a fake life, pretending that he was perfect. To him, falling on his back was the greatest source of shame. Luffy ran away and got the shit kicked out of him multiple times, and after all that, was still able to come back to face kata. Its because of this, kata chose to test Luffy's will in the 2nd round, instead of killing him.
This is why kata chose to beat luffy to the ground multiple times, rather than just using flowing mochi to trap him(like he did in round 1), and then killing him with mogura.

anyways, I bring this up because Sanji was portrayed to be on par with daifuku in WCI. He got low diffed by doffy in dressrosa. And even in wano kuni, he got worse portrayal than Drake's allosaurus form.
To suggest that Sanji could beat a fully serious YC1 is absolutely ridiculous, as from feats, its debatable if he could even beat dressrosa Luffy.
Sanji 1v1ing king would mean that he would have to be stronger than post-WCI Luffy, which is fucking absurd.

For Zoro, its debatable if he could beat king. However, if he did, I don't think anyone would have any issues with it. Zoro was always portrayed to be close in strength to Luffy.
in wano, he got parallel power ups with luffy. With Luffy getting Rayleigh's CoA and Zoro mastering Oden's sword. Rayleigh being Roger's first mate and Oden being whitebeard's.
Zoro also took out a supernova without using santoryu ougi or asura and that was pre-enma.

Doflamingo only low diffed Sanji because Sanji was unfamiliar with his abilities. Oda always makes the SHs job to people with unique abilities at the beginning of the arcs in order to create tension and build up hype. Just look at Apoo vs Luffy. If Sanji had a serious fight with Doflamingo during Dressrosa, he would have pushed him to mid diff
Could Oda switch up the formula and have Sanji fight the main subordinate? Maybe. I'll give it 1% - very unlikely, but still within the realm of possibility.
I'll stick with Zoro v. King, simply because of history and King being a swordsman, but maybe will switch it up finally.

Weakened Law was able to push Doffy to mid diff. Fresh law pushes him to high diff
Commanders can only fight 1 v 1 against yonko
Jinbei landed hid ultimate attack, he couldn't fight 1 v 1, his attack did nothing. Except send nerfed Linlin back.
Fighting a Yonko 1 v 1 means nothing if you get squashed.
Doffy can't even track invisibility coz his CoO sucks, he needs Awakening to beat RS Sanji who is much faster and his AP will roast Doffy.
RS Sanji was low/mid diffing Hybrid P1, Base Doffy needs help to mid diff weakened Law.
By the way, it is Yonko = admirals + Warlords not Yonko = Warlords.
Warlords do not balance Yonko. Let Jinbei first beat a Veteran despite being in the sea. Let Doffy first best g4. Let Mihawk best vista.
