I got a theory that Whitebeard and Kaido’s strongest man and creature title come from them being fruit users. Xebec potentially being recognized as strongest force if he had the darkness fruit
Blackbeard as of now

1. Has the darkness fruit that presumably belonged to Xebec the strongest force?
2. Has the quake fruit that belonged to Whitebeard the strongest man

Next He’ll need a zoan of the strongest creature

1. Him trying to get kaido’s dragon fruit makes sense. Not only because he was considered the strongest creature but it’d also mean he has the fruit of the captain, right hand, and apprentice of the rocks pirates
2. As for why he might get a different zoan
   1. Luffy already fought Kaido
   2. Kaido’s strongest creature title wasn’t as set in stone as Whitebeard’s. Especially with all the unknown of zoan in the wg. So maybe he somehow gets a gorosei’s or even imu’s if they got one

I have made the same theory a long time ago, I might even be able to find my thread about it. Maybe, not so sure though... But now I'm thinking that Blackbeard might be after Imu's DF, since his DF (if his powers are DF related in firs place) is most likely the most powerfule ancient zoan in the world.
