Yeah I was thinking about that too but it would be the most hilarious and shameless Law upscale if it was true ofc LMFAO. Xevec the world's strongest doctor? Somehow it upscale chopper, hiriluk, Marco, kureha, that goat mink doctor, doc q, hogback etc.

Xebec being a doctor would be pretty funny imo and it could help explain why blackbeard attacked drum island too. Another reason.

But I shouldn't say that as there's theories out there unironically saying Hiriluk is Xebec or well was ofc LMFAO! Doc Q being Hiriluk is not so bad now is it? /s. Although Doc is 27 somehow apparently so maybe he's Hiriluks son lmfao. Will of Daddies. (Pause)
