Tbh i think Sabo will for sure surpass Roger. Yeah yeah he’s not “Ace” so his original potential might not be as high but he’s carrying Ace’s will and if you factor in shonen logic then Sabo’s potential might be even higher. Because his original potential is being added to Ace’s will (potential) he’s carrying.
But yeah, it’s hard to argue EOS Sabo over EOS Zoro.
But imo, EOS Zoro will be top 5 ever dead or alive only behind Luffy, Imu, Joyboy and Teach. If you factor in only alive characters then yeah top 2 for Zoro is all but confirmed

Tbh, this chapter kind of opens a pandora box - Akainu, Shanks, Teach,Dragon, Mihawk, Shamrock and the rest
Even law, zoro, luffy, Kidd and sanji.
All perhaps would get some massive portrayal in future.....
Kaido fans perhaps are the only ones who would regret that their fav went down too soon...lol

That's assuming Loki defeated a buffed version of Harald in a straight 1v1 (I think it's highly likely Harald let Loki kill him, but we'll find out in a few chapters).
Buffed Harald should've been damn near PK level, I really don't see how Loki would've beaten him straight up
If it's true then this would flip the powerscale upside down and Shanks would be damn near stronger than Roger before even becoming a Yonko, but I don't see that being the case
