Thats the only logical way to write it, The first person to get a 1v1 fight in major arcs is typically not Sanji, Its usually Luffy. Obviously Sanji cant get too fucked up because he's gonna have a fight in the war, but at some point you have to show how strong these calamaties are , luffy and zoro have been used as hype tools by Apoo and Ulti it wouldnt look to bad on sanjis part if he manages to survive the encounter. Another possibility is that maybe one of the Tobi Roppo captured Yamato and they were made into a Calamity? Maybe thats what Sanji vs a Calamity means? idk......

Dressrosa it was Sanji vs Doffy, in WCI it was Sanji vs his Father, in Wano it was Luffy vs Kaido

We dont know if it's a full fight, a clash, a hit and escape plan

Yeah text spoilers could always be misleading. But that situation was different because they were running away. This is the final war of the saga. So Sanji will def get a fight, just depends on which opponent. Either way, this'll be a badass moment for him even if it's not his final fight
