Why he doesn't though? In a world where the Goroslaves have It, where Yamato aka I dream to be someone else has It and so on.

GB was presented going against Akainu's orders, fought Fuji, captured young WB aka Weevil.

He gets the hate only for One phrase in which he said the world works like that and they have no rights.
Not to mention there Is an SBS implying Aramaki could be againt the WG too secretly.

Out of alladmirals Fujitora is the one I have 0 doubt that he has conquerors haki. Forget about just his actions and being a guy who doesn’t gaf about what others think, having a supreme grade blade sealed the deal imo.

I am almost certain that it is impossible to control a supreme grade blade without having conquerors haki.

Fujitora/Sakazuki are more a matter of “when” instead of “if” when it comes to conquerors haki imo.

I also expect Kiz/GB to have it but that’s a convo for another day hehe.

That's the excuse one Always come up. When someone doesn't fit, the bloodline excuse come.

There Is no pattern for CoC and even people like WB were subordinates or didn't even want to conquer anything.
Not to mention, have you ever seen Ray defying Roger? Or something similar.

Sengoku already confirmed to have it

Kuzan I don’t buy. There’s a reason why he lost to Akainu narratively Akainu edged out in willpower. If he had CoC Oda woulda given it to him fighting against Garp

No visual evidence if that Is what you are referring to. We have barely seen them fight, so.

However, Ryokugyu was presented defying Akainu's direct order, seems to have a BB, fought Fujitora and captured Weevil. Since even fer less important people have CoC, I don't see why him shouldn't.

For Kizaru kind of the same.

In general, I don't understand why some Admiral should and some other shouldn't. Or all have It or no one has It.
