What happened to Kidd and Law was the same kind of hollow emptiness and despair, anguish, rage, regret etc when I finished Jojo Part 6 and then went through it all over again with the anime lololol. Green Bull offscreen capturing Weevil really pissed me off too even though I hate Weevil.
Its such apathetic and "plot convenient" writing but at the cost of the integrity of the story itself. Shanks writing is like he's enabled cheats and is hacking, haki hacking even, "haki king = hacking? Lul).

Admirals get made fun of all the time for their fans making excuses for them but somehow Yonkos get a free pass no matter what and can do no wrong. Double standards to the extreme.

Don't even get me started on Oda's handling of the Gorosei, New World Marines, CP0 and so on. Abysmal writing that a lot of people blindly defend without shame.
I still can't believe Oda did this to Kidd and Law, I try to ignore it and cope, but it's really making me numb over time. The trope Audience Induced Apathy exists for a reason too. Like the way he heartlessly killed off Izo so disrespectfully and didn't even let his own sibling go to his burial, so said sibling can bathe and have a good time as their brother is laid to rest, the brother they haven't seen in 20 fucking years.....JFC LOL.

Law and Kid defeated a yonko, they are already in the gallery of legendary pirates, but the story already focused a lot in them. The story just needs to focus in the final big players
