44 Years Ago: Shakky winks at Rayleigh. Gloriosa, the Empress of the Kuja, develops Love Sickness for Roger and his massive CoC
43 Years Ago: Mihawk is born
42 Years Ago: Shakky arrives on Hachinosu, and asks the Pirates there to protect her.

Isn't that odd? That a woman... who could return to Amazon Lily... went to an island full of murderous perverts for protection, instead?

To begin with, the Marines should feel disgusted that a fucking hive of evil pirates is less likely to rape a woman as beautiful as Shakky than the Celestial Dragons. Rocks was right, why the fuck are you a Marine, Garp? God.

Fun fact: Love Sickness occurs in Kuja EMPRESSES. Shakky could not get Love Sickness, until she became the Kuja Empress, and by default, Captain of the Kuja Pirates. Shakky could only gain Love Sickness, IF Gloriosa retired from her position. Which, Gloriosa did, to chase Roger... o7s in the Chat for Elder Nyon. Chick tried to get Roger and shipped Shakky straight to Rayleigh.

Roger kept chasing after the Kuja to get Shakky... and, guess what? Shakky got LOVESICK for Rayleigh.

Rayleigh was stuck between a Roger and a Soft Place:
-If Rayleigh doesn't bank Shakky, she dies
-If Rayleigh bangs Shakky, he's cucking his Captain

Rayleigh, being the GOAT he is, told Shakky, "Listen... I like you, too, and we can make love. BUT, Roger can never find out, and, if you get pregnant, you have to go to Amazon Lily, and raise the child there. I know you Kuja give birth to only women, and there's NO WAY I can raise a child on board this ship, let alone yours."

And then came the second problem:

"Now and then, one of the women ventures to the outer oceans and returns with a baby in her belly. For some mysterious reason, only female children are born here."

Let me highlight a part of this:

"Only female children are born HERE"
So... what if the kid isn't born on Amazon Lily? They could be male... right?

If the child was female, Shakky could have easily returned to Amazon Lily. Shakky DID NOT flee the Kuja the way Gloriosa did: we've seen her return to Amazon Lily with Rayleigh, and the Kuja were kind to her when sending her off.

But, the child wasn't female: they were male, and could not be raised on Amazon Lily. And this blew everything up.

A: The WG can now kidnap this kid to get to Shakky.
B: Pirates who want Shakky can now kidnap the kid to get Shakky.
C: Shakky has to hide the child from Roger, meaning she has to go somewhere Roger won't chase her

Shakky: "You'll protect me, right?"

Isn't in interesting... that the suitcase Shakky is carrying... is the perfect size for a baby?

If you look at Mihawk's child portrait Oda drew, Mihawk's clothes, hair, and sword look to be in good condition. He doesn't look poor/starving, just scuffed up from fighitng, and his holding his sword in a challenging stance.

Like with Rebecca and Kyros, everyone on Hachinosu who knew shit, knew that Mihawk was Shakky's kid; they just didn't know who the father was.

Mihawk, being... Mihawk, went around picking sword fights while growing up on Hachinosu. He got in some fights, but people knew he was Shakky's kid, and no one could serious fight back, or Shakky/Shakky's Army of Simps would gut them alive.

Rayleigh continued to sail with the Roger Pirates, either not knowing about Mihawk, or actively covering his role as his father up.

Mihawk was born 43 years ago
Roger's Crew arrived on Laugh Tale 25 years ago

By the time Rayleigh left the Roger Pirates, Mihawk was an 18-year-old man... with one goal...

Kill the Rat who stole his father from him:

Shanks was raised from the age of 1-years-old to 14-years-old by the Roger Pirates.

Mihawk hates Rayleigh the way Ace hated Roger: but, unlike Ace, Mihawk had a clear target: Shanks.

And then, Mihawk found out, that not only did Shanks steal his father, Rayleigh: Shanks was actually a Celestial Dragon, while Mihawk had grown up watching Pirates simp for his Mom on an island full of crazy ass Pirate gooners.

This led to the infamous duel between Mihawk and Shanks that Newgate described:

Eventually, Mihawk came to view Shanks as a Rival/friend, and his bloodlust is gone. However, no one has filled the gap Shanks left; no one else has that level of swordsmanship.

So, what I'm saying, is Zoro's going to get Kamusari by the end of the series, YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Kamusari is translated roughly as "Divine Avoidance", which fits Zoro, who has openly stated he doesn't believe in God, and is generally referred to as a Demon.

Zoro defeating Mihawk with a move he leeched from Roger/Shanks will break the entire fanbase, and we'll all be put in a giant asylum

Hope ya'll have a good Wednesday, or whatever it is wherever you are

Very unlikely for Mihawk to be son of Shakky or Rayleigh.

Her beauty is her strength. Her years in Kuja pirates was pretty clear to show how men can't do nothing against her because how much they simp over her.

I really don't understand the marine part. She still has a bounty over her head for being a pirate and marines should pursue her. So logically a place full of pirates and the strongest crew is the safest place for her. You are trying to woke very hard here for no reason at all.

What I noticed is that all Kuja pirates have a deep admiration for Captain and Vice Captain beauty. So maybe becoming the Captain and supposedly the prettiest allows them to look for other people and only then getting in love because they don't have access to that person all the time.

Maybe Zoro witnesses Shanks swordsmanship, just like he did with kinemon cutting flames, learns how to use it, then adds his own spin to it, thus creating his own technique.

This would fall in line with Zoro learning to utilise conquerors haki in his attacks.

But I don't think Zoro should use divine departure specifically, the most I'll give is he could use it as a greeting for Mihawk in their confrontation. To then show his superior version and showing he's above Shanks atleast before duelling Mihawk.

It's probably not even the strongest attack Roger has, like I said it's more of an opening, the fact that you think Zoro is going to finish off Mihawk with a divine departure which he has probably seen before stinks of crap and you really just ruined what could have been a nice post.

If anything he'd use a move similar to what surprised Mihawk in their first fight to finish him off, but now using conquerors and everything else he's learnt on his journey.

She could not. Glorious was stated to be exiled from Amazon lily when she went after Roger

When one of the empresses goes after a man, THEY NEVER RETURN. Gloriosa is the first empires to be allowed to back because she brought the Boa sisters with her after they escaped Mariejois… And even then, Gloriosa was still not allowed to live in the main Amazon lily city even though she returned Boa and her sisters

So no, when Shakky quit the crew, that was end of that, she wouldn’t be allowed back on Amazon lily.

Also why would she have to sneak a baby in a suitcase onto Pirate Island? What would they do?

Nah, Mihawk is a random kid from some poor village who got on the swordsman grind early on and became the best. No special bloodline, no genetic modifications, no famous teacher, he just got really good at swordsmanship.
Yall said the same about Zoro and then he was revealed to be Ryuma's descendant
Eventually, Mihawk came to view Shanks as a Rival/friend, and his bloodlust is gone. However, no one has filled the gap Shanks left; no one else has that level of swordsmanship.
Lost me after this part

Honestly would have liked this, but that's not how One Piece works in a lot of cases.

I'm holding out Koby becomes a top-tier who came from literally nothing.

I'm aware that a recurring theme in One Piece is inherited will but I really love the idea of Mihawk just being a guy who came from nothing and became the best of his craft. Unlike other top-tier characters, Mihawk isn't a guy who let his craft consume his life, he still has hobbies and ambitions outside of swordsmanship which make him the well-rounded person he is today.

Wano act 4 much??
Sooner rather than later. Teach has the ability to use the Abyss now that Devon touched Saturn, and can turn into him to use his Mark to travel the Abyss.

Teach goes back to Egghead, gets the Seraphim, since Saturina Devon can control them, and takes it over. Gets Pacifista too. From there he attacks Marijoa for York, then Fish-man Island for Shirahoshi. Last stop is Wano.

Oda's dragging out Yamato's cover series so it ends at the right time with Teach moving on Wano for Pluton. We'll probably see Law and Bepo in Zou via Yamato, then get Teach, since Zou is the last Wano territory Yamato hasn't explored.

Once Act 4 gets going, we should make a video about it, lol. Do you think Buggy is Rocks' kid?

If Mihawk really is the son of Shakky and Rayleigh, is his eyes the genetic trait of a male Kuja being born outside of their Island, and Male Kujas simply being associated with Hawks instead of snakes, maybe you can link this to freedom too of being born outside in the open world.

But then if Luffy is a Kuja as well, why doesn't he have hawkeyes? was he born on amazon lily? only females could be born there but perhaps Luffy overrides this rule, maybe the Kuja also have some form of prophecy of a male being born and him being some kind of saviour.

Does Mihawk actually have some type of Hawk fruit, where the only part of his body he transforms is his eyes, for greater sight?

We have to speculate on this because kid Mihawk in that drawing doesn't have hawkeyes either. Yet there are instances where s-hawk eyes are drawn in a similar manner as well as double ringed eyes, so it could just be mere chance.

And then there is also the question of Mihawk's decorum, he acts like he was born in high status despite being taken on an island full of pirates.

Shanks acts and dresses like a bum as a celestial, Mihawk acts all refined as a commoner, although I guess he could count as Kuja royalty but even then when it comes to celestials anyone else is trash to be used.

Was Mihawk kidnapped as well by the WG along with Shakky and then raised as a celestial? where Shanks was a celestial raised by pirates? both separated from their families?

But then which celestial chose to raise Mihawk? if Rayleigh played a sort of father figure to Shanks then maybe Shanks's mom was the mother figure to Mihawk?

They could have been raised by each-others parents.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around it, Shakky maybe met Shanks's mother in captivity and then thought Mihawk would be safer around the walls of celestials, after realising that even rocks protection wasn't enough.

But then Mihawk walked away from his adoptive family? maybe it wasn't garlings family, but either way perhaps Mihawk grew up in that environment and learned swordsmanship with shamrock for a time.

How did he get his hands on Yoru, was he simply the best student and was handed it via winning a duelling competition? Maybe he got it from his adoptive family and it was one of their family treasures, from a line of one of the 20 kings.

Maybe after Rogers death, Mihawk still had ties to celestials and no issues with his family there and he wasn't betrayed just yet?

And so when Shanks went to visit, to see what his birth right had to offer, that's when he first met Mihawk? maybe when he met Shanks, and saw his fallout with his family, it's what made Mihawk realise he wanted to distance himself from celestials as well?

Or can he literally just go back anytime he wants but chooses not to.

lots of questions.
