I stated this in my post. Oda needs to portray it in that manner (that Xebec is benefitting from Shakky) instead of having someone on WG forum making assumptions even if they are educated assumptions. This is a matter of depiction. Xebec is coming off as soft rn but Oda can still save this depending on how he chooses to portray it.

Simping in one panel isn't the main issue, it's God Valley. God Valley actually implies simping is at the core of it all. Oda needs to seriously do a better job than simply CDs took hot chick who Xebec never gets to sleep with from Hachinosu, and now Xebec is risking a war over it. If he can show the readers Xebec making money off of Shakky's presence. She benefits from the protection and he is taxing everyone, this would be alright.
Oda needs to do alot of things better. Take haki, yet we draw assumptions and analyse it in detail despite oda doing shitty job with it

This makes GV like a joke because even if it may seem heroic to go and save Shakky, it's an army of simps and sanji's going there
It's a dumb writing choice and it mislead reafers at god valley. Why is Shakky such a valuable treasure only because she is hot?

IMO the only thing Rocks could do to get Roger and Garp both against him, is threaten Celestial Dragon children.
CD's stole Yami Fruit Rocks wanted to give to Teach, and possibly Teach himself.
Rocks' kidnapping CD kids because they took his child makes a lot of sense.
Teach should have been 2-years-old at this time.
Loki's flashback started with a crazy, magic-worshipping idiot trying to kill a child.
I think Shanks/Kidnapped Celestial Dragon children was where Rocks crossed the line.
