Of course Hancock herself is more than worthy the title of Empress. She is maybe the prettiest Empress ever. But look at her sisters that will likely be the next 2 generations of Empress! They are fucking UGLY (still doable though). How are any men supposed to simp over Kuja pirates in the future if their Empress are ugly like that? Unless of course we have Marguerite. Without Hancock Kuja Pirates are useless

She's a young gun of the Kuja Pirates currently, much like Tritoma and maybe even Shakky were in the past, she's the character who had the biggest spotlight in the Amazon Lily arc besides Hancock and she fits in the job's beauty requirement. I would compare Boa's sisters to Trebol and Diamante, maybe a bit weaker. The reason is they are good users of CoA and CoO on top of, and Doffy's lower officers did not use Haki. That just goes to show strong pre-TS Luffy was though, that he'd make fools of 2 people of that caliber. I've always held MF Luffy was Mid Tier.

Vergo and Pica are on a whole other level though. I think those two combined can take on a lot of YC1s. Zoro imo was YC2 then, and imagine how much trouble he would have if those two ganged up.

Pica is a moving mountain bruh, who requires massive DC to take down, and Vergo is someone who can crack Sanji's leg casually without even tapping into his haki. Together I don't see any argument for the Kuja Pirates.
