If SHs get married, I see
Luffy's kid being playful and careless. Don't see Luffy as a deadbeat father. He might go on adventure but won't completely abandon his child. He might even invite his child to travel along with him.
Sanji's kid - A normal kid. Perhaps he would act like a bit embarrassed by his father's romantic side so I see him a bit of an ambivert. But other than this, I think he might be perfectly normal kid. (To power level bums - this doesn't mean he would be weak lol ) It's about his personality.
Sanji would go crazy for the child. Perhaps too much caring and loving, if kid happens to be a girl child....and, highly possessive as well.
Zoro's kid - I see his kid being more disciplined and straightforward....an introvert. Totally can imagine both training together. Zoro won't be a deadbeat father. He would show he doesn't care on surface and would act cold, but deep inside he will care and stick around.

But actually excited about the implications of this power up on Sanji’s story development going forward.
I remember when Sanji’s backstory was first revealed, I and others linked it to the story of the ugly duckling. A duck who didn’t fit in but ended up realizing he was a swan and I think PoL is what will make Sanji into that. In other words an artificial human that completely surpasses what Judge envisions the perfect soldier to be.
Sanji being able to switch in an out of his exo albeit good for his character with regards his stance on germa as a whole doesn’t really refute Judge’s claim of a lack of empathy/emotions being what makes the ideal soldier but PoL defo does. With PoL Sanji is able to do things Judge’s creations could only dream of with love/emotions at the center of it all. Plus this ability potentially being a result of Sora’s sacrifice only makes it more poetic.
Also another thing that’s been at the back of my mind for a min know was Oda referring to Sanji as the Warrior of Science on Wano. Even if Sanji is exactly just that atm, it doesn’t really fit with Sanji’s ideals or character and with this PoL development I feel the natural progression for him would be Warrior of Science ⇨ ‘Warrior of Love’ which Oda could connect with the Buccaneer lore.
Also just on the topic of this ‘Warrior of something’. Correct me if I’m wrong but I feel this title is usually associated with legendary figures in the series.

Nika - ‘Warrior of Liberation’
Could be that ‘Warrior of Love’ was actually a title associated with a legendary figure in the past and that person could potentially end up being Sanji’s Joyboy ^^
Anyways this whole concept of PoL narrative wise could have very interesting implications for Sanji ^^

Like Haki, love is commonly described as transcending all. Conquering all. This evidently includes the laws of physics.
Sanji has the most notorious physics-defying feat using PoL, but he wasn't the first person to use PoL or to use it to defy the laws of physics - Garp was.
In SBS 62 Oda explicitly confirmed it was not Haki but "love" that Garp used to hurt Luffy, a rubber-man.
In hindsight, it would appear obvious Rouge could only endure her prolonged pregnancy because of PoL.
Vegapunk outright speculated Kuma managed protect Bonney because of it.

I’m not convinced about your theory about ‘CoC being the strongest of wills ting though as it makes absolutely no sense for Sanji to have it and not Luffy imo even more so if Garp has it. Also not convinced PoL is CoC and quite frankly I’m not a fan of the inflation of the two as it’d imply that all CoC users can do it. I know the justification is that it’s a special type of CoC hence why only Sanji can use it but that line of thought honestly doesn’t compute in my head especially on this topic of CoC. Doesn’t make any sense for Sanji to me capable of CoC+ alpha and Luffy and Zoro not.

and I’m indifferent on CoC tbh and not as convinced as some of you are on Sanji getting it.Gaban having it albeit good omens for Sanji doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll get it as unlike Gaban who’s just a regular human & needs OD Haki to compete with the best, Sanji is an artificial human as such isn’t really restricted to just Haki.
Then there’s also the fact that neither Law or Sabo are conquerors even though other members of their respective trios are.
Again I don’t really mind if Sanji gets it but I don’t think his ceiling is as limited as Zoro or Gaban if they didn’t have it as such it isn’t really a necessity for him to have.
