His message claims that Zoro calls king of hell before using a move in that mode, he has used the word king of hell only once.
Just like luffy has called Gear 5 only once but keeps using it

Well, it is true that in EH, Zoro did not have a rival at his level, against Venus it was only a very brief encounter and from what we have had in Elbaph, he has not fought against anyone either. But yes, the wait seems eternal xD. While we have vignettes about damn Nika even hitting a random cat
