General & Others Are Marineford , Enies Lobby, and Sabaody One Pieces 3 Best Arcs?

Hell nah. Well not to me. But to the fanbase as whole a whole/generally? Yeah definitely.
I think Elbaph will be one of the highest rated and most popular arcs overall when it's over too. No idea of the consensus on Egghead but I've seen people praising it but as Yoho said, WCI and Wano are possibilities too. The anine team did an AMAZING job with those arcs generally and that helps their cases immensely too ofc. If we're not counting manga only ofc?
I've always seen Sabaody, Enies, Marineford, Arabasta, Baratie and Arlong Park as the highest praised.
I do wonder what these pre TS arcs and characters in them would be like if written now instead too. If current Oda wrote them now? For better and for worse?
One Piece popularity really soared around Marineford but it seemed to gain a lot of new fans around WCI and Wano especially?
Would be interesting if we ever got an official global popularity poll on people's favourite arcs in order, at least after one piece ends if not before?
I wonder how people feel about Skypeia given what we know now and thus should boost its popularity in hindsight now? I'd say Foxys arc should get a small boost now too, fefefefe.

The general consensus is the marineford is the best arc for the plot but Water 7/ Enies Lobby is the best character focused arc. Every strawhat got something great that arc.
- Luffy unlocking gears and fighting one of his toughest fights yet to save robin
- zorro getting ashura and showing his leadership
- Sanji getting diable jambe and infiltrating the sea train on his own
- Nami getting weather point and navigating the crew splitting up
- Ussop being sniperking and leaving the crew
- Robin's arc and her backstory
- Franky's backstory, joining the crew, building the sunny, and burning the blueprints
- Chopper getting monster point and having deal with controlling it
(minus brook, and jinbe) you could make genuine argument that its every strawhats best, or one of there best arcs. Marineford meanwhile, while good for side characters like ace, whitebeard, blackbeard, garp, koby, and akainu etc.
Only luffy and jinbe get a lot of development (although it might be both of their best arcs).

They are the most WG/politics heavy arcs which makes them so good, one can really feel the influence the current system has on the one piece world and its characters. They also deviate from the usual island discovery arcs (sabaody less so)
Out of the others Alabasta and skypiea are strong contenders. Elbaf might too ence it ends (if the writing remains consistent and Oda doesn't start with the pointless running plot)
