And i don't really remember any shinigami going through walls like default ghosts, they don't have intangibility

I still don't see how her body goes through a wall on panel, it could be some sort of portal, teleportation thing, like you can see something like black hole behind Rukia. And it's literally first chapters, retcons are possible.
