Heights in certain panels have got to be metaphorical in Kingdom. Something involving a General's aura warping other people's perception of them. That Shiba height ain't real, he'd need to be actual elephant height for that comparison to be legitimate.

According to TKC, I haven’t translated it myself but Kanshuu (the guy on the left) definitely looks more like a Qi commander, he has that weird somewhat demonic Qi feel to his design.
