ToTK not utilizing underwater for a fucking water temple was maniacal to me lmao.
Every other temple fits their theme well. Wind is in the sky/ship. Thunder is in the desert/pyramid. Fire is under a volcano. Water is....again in the sky lol? Even the 5th temple was creative enough in the underground.
I liked the Wind Temple a lot, was the best, IMO. I had issues with the Thunder, but thought it was fun.
Water made NO SENSE I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT, and Fire just... it didn't even feel like a Temple, it was awful.
The Water Temple being in the sky would be cool, too, if it ACTUALLY HAD A WATER FOCUS.
I low-key dislike TOTK, it felt very overproduced, had really crappy menus, took too much good out, put too much junk in, reused too much without changing/improving it, and has a lot of weaker overall questlines.
I think BOTW is the better game, Hyrule Castle/Divine Beasts felt more satisfying, if bad.
Best experience in the two games is by far the Final Temple at the end of BOTW's DLC, tho.
I loved the ending of TOTK, though, and it's story.
Really mixed game for me.
