In terms of durability, obviously yes. Bartolomeo's fruit is basically meant to create an indestructible barrier. I highly doubt Kaido's scales are more or even as durable as his barrier.
If we're talking about only and only durability, Barto wins. Even diamond has its limits but I don't think his barrier does. Obviously, Jozu easily defeats him if we're talking about actual combat. Handling of a fruit matters and Barto is in no way YC lvl, lol.
