We're talking about Sperm Piece here, and both of Harald's offsprings are Luffy lackeys at this point. Forget Hajrudin, even Loki is another Zoro/Sanji at this point.

The fact that we never saw a direct clash is irrelevant since Lolden factually almost killed Kaido. You completely ignored the forest for an individual tree.
Oden is direct proof that sky splitting has nothing to do with power level in any way, shape, or form.
Nope, sky splitting is the gold standard, whether you like it or not, as splitting the heavens was specifically highlighted. Every Haki feat that surpasses it, automatically has sky splitting in its pocket. If Xebec's and Harald's clash was more powerful, Oda would've highlighted it in another way, which included environmental influence that surpasses what splitting the skies did.
Sky splitting is a narrative tool to show a clash of equally willed individuals who are aiming for the throne. It is not a power level tool, we have seen so many silver medalists split the sky that it’s just become trivial.
If you can split the sky, you are a top contender for the throne of pirate king. As Harald never had any ambition to be the pirate king, he never split the sky because it would make zero narrative sense for him to do that. Obviously.
Harald would still fold Dodger and Whitebeard like a lawn chair with ease. You need 3 pirate kings to get the advantage over Harald.
