  • Title: “The Celestial Dragon”
  • Flashback to God Valley — we see a young Marine who looks strikingly similar to Koby.
  • Narrator box confirms: “Monkey D. Dragon, 17 years old — future Revolutionary.”
  • Dragon is part of Garp’s fleet. He unleashes an attack called Storm Impact: like Garp and Koby, he fights with his fists — but this time, storm clouds form and lightning crashes down.
  • Cut to Marshall D. Teach: revealed to have been born with three hearts.
  • Rocks comments that his son is cursed like Davy D. Jones.
  • Scene shifts — Saint Garling introduces the prizes of the “hunt.”
  • Shakky has been captured and presented as the main prize.
  • Secondary prizes are Devil Fruits, including a Mythical Zoan: Rain God Fruit.

outside of Xebec I don't have the slightest "hope" of getting the Rocks bounties.
Oda does the least he can, and we still don't have the bounties of Roger pirates and almost all WB pirates.

You can imagine for Rocks, people of which we already know the final bounties, so Oda would have to work on some "in the middle bounty" for them while we don't even have Ray's, Gaban's, etc
