My guy the easiest explanation is just like how Poseidon and Pluton "coincidentally" happen to be located in places where a clan protects the weapon.

The Davy clan can be from God Valley specifically to protect Uranus. Its not that hard to understand.

If it was just about a clan, then theres absolutely zero reason they had to wait 2 years to use the extermination as a cover when they have done far worse for less.
