Mentally yeah I actually got a lot better even if my health took a deep dive. These months have been highly productive (I consider being able to work 1 hour a day as being productive). Me coming back is a sign that something is not right.

I need to find the strenght to strike back while managing those damn notifications 'cause Worstgen is not the only place I get them. I need to allow myself not to reply or not to check them

Escape. My brain will do anything that is much more easy that concentrating a tiny bit : which is talking about politics or One Piece here. That's something I know and understand completely (to the limit of my knowledge of course), so there is not a slight hint of fear in me.

I can write without stopping.

But when I try to work.. My mind is so overwelmed by just doing something that require actual concentration that it stops to function all together. My body refuses to act and my brain refuses to function.

My front screen has been my work for the last 10 hours while on my right, I got worstgen and some random videos. I've yet to write one single word.

I know the problem is not worstgen since I have not been able to work properly for the last month. It's just that I used up a lot of my dopamine these past month and I'm burned out.

I need to resist that and punch through the diamond wall. (I'm oversharing here because it helps me recenter)
