If Roger is truly as pathetic as this flashback portrays, why would people like Rayleigh and Gaban subordinate themselves to him? There has to be a side to Roger, something Oda hasn't yet revealed, that justifies all of this. Any BS justification is better than a possible—plain and pure—character assassination in one of the most anticipated flashbacks of the series.
Only lunatics like you think he is pathetic. Your views and views of people inside op are different. Hell, your views and author's views are also different. I think you are pathetic, does that make you pathetic among your peers?

MUUGEN

呪のろいの王
Oda just didn't think it was plot relevant to give any names. Ruining an entire country is basically what Croocdile did, 14 ports being wiped out and 5 towns probably lead to at least a few thousand casualties.
so who was killed?

& why wasnt any deaths listed?
Doffy killed his brother and dad in contextual situations. Both are horrible but his brother was a marine who intended to harm him, and his father was because he believed it would save his life and his brothers life.

Akainu has killed 1 named character, and Ace was meh on innocence, he was part of a war against the Marines. So by your logic, Akainu has killed like 5 named characters on the Ohara refugee ship, when we know the actual number of people he's killed is like tens of thousands, if not significantly more.

The SHP aren't confirmed to have purposefully have actually killed anyone innocent iir, I don't think the whirlwood thing is canon, and I don't remember the toy
harm him, in which way do you even believe the shit you're spewing lmfao Corazon is/was a genuinely kind hearted man who endured a tragic upbringing, using his outward harshness towards children as a ruse to drive them away from his brother Doflamingo's evil influence. He dedicated himself to stopping Doflamingo's destructive ambition and sacrificed his life to protect Trafalgar Law.

Joker was such an evil and vile person his own brother went deep undercover to stop him and save children from him... & errrr, wrong. he blamed him for their family's poverty and persecution after he abandoned their Celestial Dragon status. Doflamingo wanted to regain his status as a World Noble, believing that killing his father and returning his head to Marie Geoise would achieve this, and sought revenge for the pain his father's decision caused. not save him or his brother but simply to regain WN/CD status..

What was wrong that Ace did that deserved his death on MF, wasn't Ace and anyone person linked to be a possible child of Roger killed simly for existing or possibly existing? Ace wasnt even a bad person at worse he wanted to kill WB and then fall in love with him as a father figure and died protecting his name, akainu killed him cause what again hes Rogers son? & named or not we watced akainu kill multiple marine soldiers in cold blood for what reason again? Ace wasnt apart of the War on MF he was set to be publcly executed simply for the fact that he was the son of Roger, are you even reading the manga?

lol what are you on about that is 100% canon and nami just smiled and waved bye to him... ofc you dont it has to do with your savior joker..

I really don't see Ray and Garling clashing.

Oda needs to make Ray look good and have him be the hero that saves Shakky, but at the same time, he also needs to hype up Garling as well.

Which is why I don't see those two clashing at all, someone else will be used to hype up Ray, and I still believe Whitebeard will be used to hype up Garling.
It won't be a definitive fight per se, but a brief clash before they get separated. I think you're onto something with Garling vs Whitebeard though.

lol you sound hurt
Nah cuck memes are fun but js tired of overhyping ray bagging shakky as a major feat when bro was being like this

You got every pirate going after who they want without fear or shame as any pirate should. Then you got the indecisive Japanese male socially awkward teen who by trope gets the most popular girl (I hate this trope). I'm surprised not many more readers realize this lol

Yeah, but Oda is a fraud nowadays when it comes to give tension for the remaining villains (look at BB, Imu twearking, Gorosei being incompetent in Egghead etc...) sadly I can see Oda destroying Garling's first showcase of power against a top tier:few:

Who do you think has saved Blackbeard and made him escape GV?
Might've been some random dudes that Xebec paid off.

If not calling Roger pathetic means I'm sane, then I'd rather be a lunatic.

Well imo someone gotta be strong enough to prevent Rayleigh from saving her easily and if garling wants shakky that bad he must clash with Rayleigh and somehow the fight ends without a winner

I mean we saw Gunko 1 v 4 several strawhats and win. This is a feat no theres holy knight has even pulled off to this day. Hell we saw Saturn fail to pull this off on egghead
And now we got confirmation that gunko is ageless like Gorosei. She should be on par with them having the same lvl of immortality + being a vessel of Imu an honor nobody else has
