Like he had Kizaru straight up bitched frustrated and by his balls and we weren't told anything that saves Kizarus face.

Not insane. She was actually stacked when you think about it js her own circumstances kinda stopped her from going all in on the pk race:
1. lived on the same island for decades without marines or admirals doing shit to her so not much moving around
2. Busy running a country and collecting races
3. pregnant 24/7 lmfao
4. BIGGEST obstacle: no way to read poneglyphs, she only had pudding 16 years ago
To her eyes becoming a pirate king post-roger was all about overcoming the other yonko (roger never beat anyone). So she needed a stronger army for that. She could prob take one down but not all. So unless she had Elbaf on her side there was no way of sailing the seas freely getting poneglyphs since everybody would start moving against her
