No new user is running to the politics thread and only posting in it. The vast majority of them likely doesn't even know it exists due to the mods kind of keeping it on the low and most people stumbling upon the forum because it's made for something they're interested in (anime and manga are actually possibly more popular then ever before now, so the medium's had an increase in fans)
