Powers & Abilities So what exactly is the difference between Roger’s, Xebec’s, Shanks’s, and Rayleigh’s fighting styles?

Oda lacks creativity, he can't draw sword fights and haki clashes have freed his hands.

I had high expectations for Mihawk vs Zoro a long time ago but now it's obvious that the entire battle will just be gay haki sword clashes till the moment Zoro lands his finisher move.

What's disingenuous is trying to argue Zoro/Sanji or King/Queen as rivals when these dudes are literally crewmates and they never had a serious fight against each other. The only "1cm difference rivals" are Shanks and Mihawk and the portrayal favors Mihawk.
How many serious fights did grey and natsu have?

Or tai and Matt from digimon?

People on the same teams can still be rivals

Not sure about the different fighting styles but it is 100% sure that Mihawk is stronger than Shanks.
Shanks has haki lasers coming out of his stump ?
Mihawk still wins.
Shanks can negate DF, haki and make opponents blind ?
Mihawk still wins.
Shanks, Shamrock and Garling fuse into one giant rat ?
Mihawk still wins.

Agenda Piece aside, it’s pretty fucking lame that all of these guys do the same exact boring thing (throwing out air bars with black lightning streaks). What happened to Oda’s creativity?
On the other hand, Oda attempting to differentiate and give some nuance to Xebec's swordsmanship by likening it to a canon-blast made a bunch of [ String of words I shouldn't say ], create entire new sub-sections of sub-sections pertaining to haki-wizards, CoC casters and ZigZag line warriors (ethernet/wifi/satellite/cable modem) , and arguing about why what we're looking at isn't what it literally is because of made up criteria like no physical contact of blades, or whether they solemnly made vows of how favouring one particular limb over the other doesn't impact how dedicated they are to pivoting their blades at a certain angle under the jurisdiction of the Swordsmen committee
