He claimed the chapter was so hype you’d have to “fasten your seatbelt x100” just for us to find out that there’s no chapter this week and that’s why other leakers were silent
Then after everyone found out he tried to backtrack by saying he meant we were supposed to fasten our seatbelts… for the magazine releasing today

It's generally assumed that Redon receives early digital leaks of the upcoming weekly OP chapters, so he may have already seen Ch. 1162 before posting his "x100" reaction hint on Twitter two days ago. This reaction raised expectations for the expected spoilers, and we even had two threads here speculating whether it might be the chapter of the year.

However, spoilers didn't come out because the chapter was pulled from the magazine for unknown reasons. To many, this makes Redon appear as a fraud who lied about his reaction.
It's either that he never saw the chapter and faked his hype reaction, or he did see it but can't share any other hints or spoilers since the chapter won't be released this week. Regardless, he now has to bite the bullet for hyping it up.

Jmena....Jorge was his real name. He was only 20 and autistic too, took his life 1 week before his birthday.
A lot of online harassment because he gave unreliable or fake spoilers about Sanji and a broken leg or something came his way for weeks on end.
He suffered two waves of harassment online, the 2nd a month before his death.
Some POS scum on here (thankfully banned now) and elsewhere ridiculed and laughed at his death too.

For real, I thought the Sanji leg stuff being a lie was funny but I never thought to harass the dude over it. I don't see why people get so mad over a fictional character that they have to relentlessly hunt a dude down like that online especially when he just made a honest mistake.
Even if he had an agenda, it's not enough to bully him in mass.
