The fact hes a Gorosei establishes him as a top tier at the very least. God Valley ass whooping probably humbled him and triggered for needed growth. So for sure he got stronger after God Valley by good amount.

IMO all these people get stronger after GV.
Some more than others but to me even 40 year old WB get somewhat stronger .
Just that there differnt levels to it like Kaidio would have seen biggest growth after GV compare everyone else.
People want to think BM was in here prime at GV but she don't even have her sword which she uses in half of her move set in WCI and Wano .
Hell her CoC clash with kaido was using her sword and the same with the combine attack they did .

Well I mean it depends on how strong you think Garling at 28 is. I would probably say YC1 type of level. And if thats the case makes sense Xebec who should be in his 40s destroyed him.

I agree. I dont think even Xebec had reached his peak.

Its simply people wanting him to stand out as the top guy, yet Oda makes sure to lump him with Garp and Roger, never asserting which one was more dominant. Roger and Garp for sure got stronger, Xebec also would've gotten stronger if he kept on fighting like those two after God Valley.

I said that Hero Marine and Hero god valley are fake titles, that's why Garp doesn't talk about them. Nothing is ever said about Rocks and Roger, so rest assured that these two were the most important people in this war.

We all know Teach is going to lose. Even Rocks lost even though he had much more powerful subordinates and had monstrous power himself. Luffy is the one who is going to fight Imu. Teach will die in the next arc.

I think the Rocks Pirates are just going for treasure, except for the ones like Newgate/Kaido who legitimately respect Rocks and want to aid him here.
