WB and roger clash was small time here that you tell they got better or strong later on in the Oden flashback.
The same will happen with garling he will get a power jump to look better.

IMO all these people get stronger after GV.
Some more than others but to me even 40 year old WB get somewhat stronger .
Just that there differnt levels to it like Kaidio would have seen biggest growth after GV compare everyone else.
People want to think BM was in here prime at GV but she don't even have her sword which she uses in half of her move set in WCI and Wano .
Hell her CoC clash with kaido was using her sword and the same with the combine attack they did .

Big Mom and Kaido haven't seen each other in decades yet they did the attack with sword/club together.
I'd assume she has him, just hasn't used him.

Yeah, between the "Rabbit" focus with the hunt, and how weak Wano is, the Minks showing up to Elbaph for an alliance makes a lot of sense, just made another wall of text thread over it.

Momo sending Zunesha to Elbaph for an Alliance is very smart. Wano also has A: No Ships, B: Few experienced sailors. Zunesha can get to Elbaph fairly easily, ain't no way Kinemon is sailing there, we've seen his sailing skills.

I think the Kuja will also head to Wano/Elbaph to make an Alliance. Zunesha can just... walk up to Sun World, and skip the Underworld entirely. Zunesha slams GunkImu?

All the Kuja, even the kids on the island, are labelled as Pirates, and between the Seraphim/Calm Belt being breachable, they just have to move for safety's sake.

I agree. I dont think even Xebec had reached his peak.

Its simply people wanting him to stand out as the top guy, yet Oda makes sure to lump him with Garp and Roger, never asserting which one was more dominant. Roger and Garp for sure got stronger, Xebec also would've gotten stronger if he kept on fighting like those two after God Valley.

I think people look at age to much as factor when it comes to people prime.
For Oda it be what ever he wants lol .
