Xebec = BB
Roger = Luffy
It's more like if Law had accepted and say even Kidd and Hancock joined up it could have been something like
Xebec = BB
WB = Law
Shiki = Kidd
Gloriosa = Hancock
At the moment Law is more akin to WB sailing without Xebec as captain (which in itself is no shame but we saw what happened BB vs Law).

It's more like if Law had accepted and say even Kidd and Hancock joined up it could have been something like

I can also do the allies side but it also make sense that as the story goes on certain aspect would shift .
Gaban decide to pick a fight with Zoro and luffy to test them then give up.
If Zoro and Luffy was strong as that pre time skip they won't even need ray or any help .
Hell greebull was introduce beating up YC1 and YC2 easy as hell and then 5 more YC commder level fighters .
Then he get humble by shanks .
Just like how smoker beat luffy easy and then get humble by Dragon.
It funny to say "Wallahi I want to suicide" when people were hyping the shit out of kaido taking no dmage from that fall and intro box.
That shit was more hype than smoker , robin , Kuma etc etc etc .
