Ace is hotter, literally
Edit: Speaking objectively, i do actually think ace is hotter and would have more chances of getting laid than zoro. Zoro hasn't shown to be the romantic type, the only true love we have seen from him are to his swords. Along with his lack of direction, zoro seems to be clueless in dealing with women, much less fliting. if sanji is a hopeless romantic and perverted flirt then zoro is a rock. his heart didn't catch fire when hyori was massaging him, and almost every time and for the longest time when he encounters tashigi, he couldn't even meet her face to face, i'm not even talking romantically just naturally, he can't stay normal around her and almost always unintentionally gives the wrong impression in front of her, with the exception of battle feats. the man's only shown embarrassment in front of her, never love or romance.
meanwhile ace was already able to catch the hearts and admiration of Yamato and even tama (don't accuse me as a pedo, I'm talking admiration here, not romance). clearly this shows that ace has the more effective charm, zoro may have the feats, but his character doesn't attract affectionate admiration, or adoration-especially the clingy type, zoro's character attracts more of respect and acknowledgement. I think the closest zoro has gotten to getting affectionate admiration would actually be bartolomeo, but that doesn't count because one bartolomeo is a man (no homo), and two he adores every straw hat not just zoro, so it doesn't actually work to use bartolomeo as a example.
on the other hand, tama has being waiting for ace like forever and hearing his death literally broke her poor heart, and yamato never forgot about ace either. Yamato never forgot ace's character, she was able to see that in luffy in the very few moments they first met and fought. i don't think any girl would be able to remember zoro the same way like yamato and tama remember ace, with the exception of maybe enemies that hold grudges.
