Lafitte, Picazarro or Burgess? 
Lafitte just screams Brook opponent imo
And Sanji opponents typically get clowned on by another character prior to fighting him, i.e Queen vs Big Mom
I also don't think it's a coincidence Burgess nearly died to another man who happens to also be blonde, a fire user, and is an ally of Luffy
Would be an amazing fight but I just can't see it happening, I don't know why
It's not even that he won't be strong enough to do it by then, but I think it's probably more likely for Smoker to fight Kuzan.
Though Fire vs Ice is a classic matchup and kicks vs punches is too. Wouldn't be opposed to it happening

I think I'm the only Gaban non-enthusiast in here, I don't really care about the guy. Those axes are hideous 
Ganzui on the other hand looks incredibly interesting

Picazarro seems the clown in BB crew and he is also way too strong for the other strawhats. It is quite possible Picazarro will be Sanji's opponent sadly.
Lafitte is fine, very mysterious character.
Diamond Lafitte would be the dream
Kuzan is a good guy, no bad character would act like this

Yeah Smoker and or Koby vs Kuzan seems most likely tbf.
But I want Sanji to fight and defeat an Admiral although Green Bull is probably the most likeliest choice now too especially ofc. The whole Black Leg disease cows/bulls can get, Green Bull not eating in years and wanting beautiful women to feed him, his inevitable tragic backstory involving the "suicide" of the two lovers, him being a literal woodsman but having "fireproof wood" etc.
I just want Sanji to get more serious fights and opponents too, but Oda only seems to like having Sanji get beaten by them and humiliated and rather let him fight goofy, ridiculous opponents instead.
I hope Oda can surprise us with his next fight and make it a bit more serious and emotional, or at least give us some damn good choreography and not make Ifrit Hell's Memories a joke and a waste, sigh.
I want him to face Mars so bad but I feel its inevitable he's gonna fight Ju Pecker too, ergh lol. I used to want Sanji vs Ju Peter so badly way before the big worm reveal ironically lol.
Lafitte was a violent policeman and he has some hypnotic powers, I guess he'll be doing the torturing/brainwash. Those three eyes abilities won't unlock by themselves and Pudding is gonna need some convincing . Sanji vs Lafitte is not off the table. I hate Pudding very much so I hope nothing of the sort happens
I have to say the Worm beast form is so bad it also made me stray from the Farmer path for a while. Now Mars is undoubtedly the coolest pick but Ju Peter is still in his larval stage. Think how many possibilities there are, Mars is just a colorful bird man

It had way more to do with Ace than Sanji. And hair color is such a random and meaningless thing, I think you're reading too much into it. People always use that particular physical trait to create connections with Sanji when it's never actually been a pattern in the story, Oda never used that to create parallels or hint at something regarding Sanji.
Btw, whom did Kuroobi, Bon Clay, Jabura and Wadatsumi get clowned by? Hardly "typical" when it happened with only one of his opponents. I agree Burgess might be his opponent because he's goofy and cocky, but that's about the only reason he's a possibility.
