Explain to me how Usopp could take down Pizarro for good without even having CoA. The guy freakin survived a punch from Garp. Van Auger is the only one Usopp can realistically take out because he's not physically strong, he seems to be an "oridinary" guy who only relies on his sniper abilities like Usopp. Usopp will simply have to "outsnipe" him and he'll likely be able to counter his teleportation with CoO, which he possesses and can improve.

And once again, how would you draw a fight between Van Auger and Sanji? Sanjji just constantly dodging shots until one of his kicks finally connects and knocks him out? It's like watching a Bruce Lee movie and expecting him to just face a guy trying to shoot him dead from a distance.

Usopp has CoO and that's what he mainly needs to strike Pizzaro's main body and take him down. It's the perfect fight for Usopp's see through CoO, and tailer made for his CoC to bloom to the next level.

As for Van Augur, he'd chew Usopp for breakfast. Usopp is just not equipped to face someone of his skill-set. He may not face Sanji in the end as I hope but he definitely won't fight Usopp. The only way I could see Usopp taking down Van Augur is by kill steal, sniping him down when he occupied by someone else, but that would just be so f-in lame.

As for how the fight between Sanji and Van Augur could go, I could see it being the catalyst for Sanji to finally obtain either future sight or presence concealment, or both, to finally bring down the sniper. It's going to be a fast paced fight.

The only thing that could stand in the way of this fight not happening is that Sanji usually faces the Martial Artist and the most physically endowed opponent, which I concur, but I really want an opponent that outshines Sanji in the speed department so bad and only Van Augur fit that mold with his teleportation.

Aokiji is the perfect match up for Sanji. Aokiji is obviously a good guy though, so I just can't see him fighting the sth by eos. It'd be a pleasant surprise if Oda go with it, but I'm not holding out hope for it.

I'm always flipping back and forth between Nami vs Lafitte and Brook vs Lafitte, I've even humored Nami vs Devon because... lOda. Part of me wants to see navigator vs navigator if Lafitte has a mythical bird fruit that controls weather (Thunderbird or Shangyang) to match Zeus and Nami's clima-tact, but his body type and swordplay better compliments Brook since no one else on Blackbeard's crew is a swordsman.

Just because it didn't happen before doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. The fact he's got a plotline related to Gunko and Imu right now shows Oda's probably planning to make him more important.

Given his build and distinct role on the crew, Laffite is the closest thing to Sanji on the BBP.

If Sommers is Sanji's ideological opposite on love, I suspect Laffite will be his opposite in kindness.

People who think that Pizzaro is Sanji’s opponent are simply fools.
Not even speaking about how trash and boring this guy is, literally Pica 2.0 but with different materials and a huge weakness.
Laffite threatened him to kill him if he keeps disrespecting BB. When did Sanji’s opponent ever got threatened by a Mid-Weak trio opponent (as some people think)? Never.
Pizzaro is out of the question.

Vasco D. Clown Shot…am not even gonna talk about this clown, everybody who wants him as Sanji opponent is a clown themselves.

Burgess is another stupid Sanji fight. Already got defeated and other members talk down on him.

Laffite is the obvious answer, based on feats and portrayal.
He was the only one to dodge Ace‘s fire fist and moves like Soru - so he got speed.
His wings give him the ability to fly, perfect for Sanji.
He was shown together with Zoro‘s opponent Shiryu after the TS and were talking down on Burgess.
Is doing behind the back missions and does important stuff, like getting to MJ to recommend BB as a Shichibukai, Hypnotize the Marine controll room to get them to MF and now is at the Red Line doing some stuff again.

Aokiji would be dope, but i doubt he is gonna stay with BB forever + he would be wayyyyyy stronger than Zoro’s opponent Shiryu.
Unless Zoro would fight Mihawk in that time, then i could see Sanji fighting Aokiji. But again, Aokiji isn’t a Bad guy.
