Scaling Kaido to the Juubi or anywhere near close is fucking insane.
Like I'm surprised people haven't brought up this information but the Prime Juubi of the past quite literally wiped out the planet's surface in it's battle against Hagoromo and Hamura.
Kurama even straight up stated that the Juubi is responsible for shaping the landscapes, the mountains and the oceans as they are now.
We even see the Juubi's power erupting all over the planet just to boot.
Hagoromo had to quite literally recreate the world's surface after the battle just to fix the damage the Juubi caused to the world thousands of years ago.
There is quite literally NOTHING in One piece that comes close to the Juubi's firepower.
Kaido dies.

Also, even if we say that a stretched out Dragon Kaido would be as tall as a mountain, that doesn’t make him “mountain sized” because there are two other dimensions we need to consider, length and width (with Dragon Kaido being only a few meters in both those departments)
You can literally see in that very panel that there’s big height discrepancies between the Numbers lol. Anyways Dragon Kaido’s height is very inconsistent. He looks a lot smaller in other panels

Kaido can manipulate the size of his dragon form evidently
Kaido isn't stretched out in this panel, half his body is coiled around him and still he dwarfs the door that 60 meter tall door that Number giants can walk through

Yes, it is. They are canonically as large as Oars.
This wasn't some VC or SBS stuff but straight from the manga.
It really doesn't take a genius to figure out if these "rocks" are mountains or not.
Just like usual, you try to find some stuff to nitpick about, as long as you can say "They are tiny."
It's funny because you pretend like the One Piece world is legitimately small - when it is a world with many gigantified places, small and large islands, some lone countries and continents - when we saw how fodder shinobis crossed a few hours, at best, to travel between two countries in the war arc lol.
