BB was set up as the FV had a 2 DF , Akainu DF , Luffy DF , Dragon DF and the list goes on.
Even with Haki becoming a big deal DF would always part of the bigger end game for most characters.

Just another letdown by Oda. He sure has done a great job, if he was intending to disapoint us, ever since the second half of WCI.

Damn the day mini me walked into that manga shop. I should've stopped the moment the Sabaody split happened instead of believing things would get better. Everything after that is just Luffy's D. Lusional and mushroom-induced fever dream.

Or, AOE is overrated. Its fodder control in most cases. Concentrated attacks can be just as lethal if not more.

You'd think the WG would be very careful with this tech and have a spare copy of the WSM fruit on standby (Quake = Paramecia) since its power is technically a mini ancient weapon on its own

But nope, it just gets relegated to copying 4 bum DFs for Seraphim and a pink Kaido
