Oda always finds a way to retcon/ justify those things so I wouldn’t worry, there's no way the editors didn’t ask him that question. Although, for the Rocks/Imu encounter in MJ, I think Imu just didn’t take him seriously. As long as it’s not a Nika or Yami user it’s pointless.

If that’s the case then that in itself is Mihawk wank to the highest degree??? Zoro gets close to him and says now that I get a better look you’re even more human than him. If that’s a strength scale from Zoro when s hawk already had bb sweating and questioning what that thing is then that hypes Mihawk top 1 lol
It would be nice if Oda at least acknowledge more movie or even some anime elements in the manga. Not like continuity matters much anymore these days, especially with Retcon Valley in the mix. Like the biggest cockblock for Strong World is that Zoro fought without injuries and Brook said the Rosy Life Riders battle was his first fight with the Straw Hats, but that bullshit can easily be explained away in the same vein as the 'super floaty wood' bullshit. Just say Chopper gave Zoro some bs super drug that nullifies his Kuma injuries for 48 hours and that Brook is senile/stupid since that's what Oda's doing with Garp.
Just let me have my G8 arc, Accino Family, Apis, and tell us if Uta is alive and that coffin was just a fakeout. Damn it Oda.
Imu does have Conqueror's Haki, so it's not like he's not a invalid. But I find it unlikely he's some sort of hand-to-hand juggernaut. Basically, his powers are greater then his physical abilities.
A higer-ranked form of types like Crocodile and Enel, really.
