That's why I said being part of the beast pirates helps Jack's bounty. If Doffy and Vergo joined Cross Guild, Vergo's bounty being 1B+ wouldn't be far fetched. Likewise, Jack being a loner would cut his bounty.

Why wouldn't Doffy get a bounty even higher in Croc's position? He was consistently portrayed as a superior version. Ruling in the new world while Croc was ruling in paradise (and not even to the extend Doffy was being the official king), conqueror vs non conqueror, crew consisting of people with superior fruits (Ton > Kilo, Weapon > Blade, ...).
