Weevil Is another who is seriously underselled only because he was beaten by an Admiral.

Kuzan won’t be able to react to them if he’s struggling to keep up with nerfed Garp

Tbf Kuzan was nerfed himself. Also he attacks so fast and covers so much ground that in most cases his reactions won't even matter. But for this to be the case he has to show a lvl of offense that is immediately effective against top tiers. Basically he has to have awakening if he hopes to go up against Kizaru.

I feel like it makes the most sense for the worst gen to take out the main series villains of Imu, Akainu, and Teach, while mid gen top tiers fight the gorosei or something.

Because that’s basically what happened in wano. The Worst gen took out the yonko while Marco was more of a support character.
