Rocks grew because whenever people get DRed they get larger. But acting like this is some 2x multiplier is insane unless you think Dory and Brogy in base are fodder.

Rox is just that powerful in base.

These guys are all in the same tier, especially the so-called “era trio.” Oda couldn’t have made it any clearer, and he’s emphasized it multiple times. Xebec hasn’t shown anything Roger or Garp couldn’t theoretically pull off, and majority of the spotlight has been shared between them.
