The whole thing about people’s complete certainty that BB didnt getting stronger in Haki since obtaining his fruits is crazy. The man’s ambition and plans went full throttle where not too long before he was close to giving up on it all. He took a leap on all accounts and Oda has been hyping him up

It is not just Xebec, also Roger, Ray and other "only" haki fighter.
At most Roger and Xebec, their fightstyle is truly boring, I wish they had at least something unique to make up.
I fear Shanks and Mihawk gonna end similar, just haki here and there.

And the biggest problem with haki:
It is one dimensional.
Out of all big shonen: Chakra,Reijatsu,Nen,Magic
Haki so far seems the most boring one because it is really one dimensional...

I thought he already had a fruit but Oda hasn't shown it yet. If it's the Yami or Ope Ope it's fucking dumb he never used it on Imu

It was the first-time seeing a haki CoA master in action(waste how fast fullbody haki was down...), he had also a great fightstyle.

Oda need a creative way to make haki interesting again.

Cause op power system was supposed to be DFs

or at least df+haki

oda going all in on haki for a lot of the top tiers just fucked the magic system up. Too uncreative and uninteresting

Yea I think Oda used Vergo as an introduction to the new world and armament haki usage. Which is why he went so damn hard on him, that to this day his feats have not been matched. And he came at a time when Oda cared about choreography, Vergo was a must watch everytime he was on panel.

He made having a df look like a disadvantage lmfao, and he didn't even have any advanced forms of haki 😂

Honestly Xebecs fruitless fighting style would’ve been interesting if he used literally any other weapon. Not that Gabans axe fighting style is drastically different from swordsmanship, but visually it looks different.
