Do Sanji fans really want to see evil Sanji though?

I feel like that’s a heavily debated topic within the Sanji fandom

A lot of people wouldn’t like it cause they feel like it’s redundant and does little for his character

I think it would be somewhat interesting but I’ve noticed that quite a few people are vehemently against it
The key part is that it would be mega interesting, plus it could lead to an actual Sanji vs Zoro matchup, which if it happens I could quit OP and be satisfied even if the series never ends.

I mean witnessing Sanji doing something against his principles (like using hands for fightning, or hurt women) can be really interesting. How Sanji will manage and face breaking his chivarly or Zeff's teachings? Sure it will bring even more personality to his character.

Tbh kicking a woman isn’t just beyond Sanjis principles, it’s equivalent to murdering his adopted father.

I don’t really see the point of it tbh & worst case scenario that route could lead to the possibility of Sanji not hurting an immortal this arc as it’d be a convenient way to not pit him against one.

Anyways several tings don’t really make it make sense:
① Sanji is not Luffy. There’s absolutely no reason for him to be getting that much focus this arc.
② The notion that Sanji is going to be given the privilege of overcoming Domi-Reversi is way too far-fetched. Even Rocks couldn’t resist it.

I can see the point purely to set up his narrative for the BBP fight but that’s it

Narrative in what sense? 🤔
Sanji entering the fight with an internal struggle like he did with the queen fight, but this time about Sanji being afraid of using his rage to strengthen his flames since rage feeds the Domi Reversi.

Only for this to be resolved when Pudding gets hurt, Sanji releases his rage and goes berserk, then Pudding helps bring him back to his senses and helps Sanji fully control the transformation himself (like the mouse did in Wano)
