Yeah, lost my hearing in a car accident 3 years ago. It's all good, I got used to it. I stopped watching the anime a long time ago anyway, I don't feel like there's any point in watching it when you read the manga (except some scenes here and there when I'm curious about how it was animated).

I just saw someone post a clip of Doffy from the latest ep and his performance wasn't up to par, it's been so long he probably forgot what Doffy was supposed to sound like.

We already lost Whitebeard, Kizaru and Franky...Luffy's voice actor is already 70 or something? Honestly, One Piece Anime might take another decade to finish, so we'll be lucky if even half the original cast makes it before retiring or dying...

Kinda crazy that even here Toei took a dump on Sakazuki, making Daifunka actually struggle against the iceberg when in the manga it instantly evaporated that shit. Their hatred truly runs deep.

Ultimately it's not that much of a big deal given the Japanese voice acting just being top notch in general- so it's easier to get used to a voice.
