Dude, even if (and it isn't), your are trying to sell PRIME XEBEC (and Harald, and 40 YO Roger and WB) have less refined haki - whatever that means - than 1026 prime Nika Luffy.

It looks ridiculous now with hindsight but it didn't look ridiculous several months ago before Xebec, Whitebeard, Kaido and Big Mom got all their impressive GV feats.
And no, base Xebec 1v2ing Roger and Garp is clearly ridiculous, which is why Oda had them defeat Domi Xebec who is significantly amped.

If yall remember, this is what Oda originally planned Kaido’s final form would be instead of the flame dragon. He had Kaido coating himself in an armor of CoC before flushing that idea down the toilet.
