Its already a 13 chapter flashback, and Xebec has many awesome panels. Its like this because theres too much to address.

Personally Id wait to see the full picture, but the way Ive always taken this series is to not set yourself up to expect more than what has been done beforehand.

Oda doesnt spend a large amount of time drawing fights in flashbacks. In fact this is the most he's ever done in one event behond big name clashes.

I really do hope Oda just confirms him as the 4th Yonko before Shanks and Shanks defeated him at that point. Its similar to Ochoku's relevancy where we know Blackbeard took over Pirate Island but we are only now seeing who that character was and how he became Admiral of that place to begin with (by being a snake).

We know the Yonko werent a concept until after Roger dies so as long as Shiki becomes one after Impel Down it works.
